The rim of the toothed pulley has teeth adapted to the shape of the appropriate type and pitch of the toothed belt.

A special type of gears is the aluminum toothed shaft. Toothed pulleys are made in various construction versions.

Pulleys can be supplied with a center hole or a pilot hole for further machining by the customer or a hole ready for a specific shaft diameter.
