V‑belts, the elastic reinforcement in the belts is made of aramid fibres. Reinforcement prevents elongation of the belt and reduces stress when installing the belt. A wide range of coatings meet the requirements in terms of adhesion, slip and resistance to abrasion or temperature.

V-belts are used for various applications in drive and conveyor technology. Often, extruded V-belts are also welded to conveyor belts as guiding or load-bearing elements.

On request, they can have special properties such as UV-C resistance, metal or X-ray detectability.
